I went to my doctor who sent me to have a scope done and they said I had GERD and gastritis along with acid reflex. They put me on protonic which it seemed to help a little but then I was constantly getting sinus infections at least every two months. My doctor sent me to a ENT specialist who did some test and said that I have allergies and that my highest one is Yeast. So between all this they keep telling me to watch what I eat and follow a yeast free diet but to also follow a GERD diet.

After month being gluten free I was fine but last month I probably ingested gluten accidently and now I am having gerd symptoms. Now I am totally gluten free and I had an endoscopy and my Dr said I am maintainig a gluten free diet but acidity in my stomach and gerd is not going away.
