Could I add my own? Nothing wrong with some self-advertising, right? A healthy diet plan and also lifestyle are your ideal weapons to eliminate cardiovascular disease http: Some of them I agree with. Others… not so much. Two totally different sides of the healthy spectrum. One focuses on whole plant foods and the other focuses on… meat.
