I bought this product thinking it would be better than regular creatine monohydrate, based on Rich's "honest guy" reputation. This "crea-ten concoction" tasted acidic, gave me the jitters and I lost my pump. I went back to Dynamtize micronized creatine monohydrate and my pump returned at a fraction of the cost. One person found this helpful. Works great however started to get bloaty and quit.
